Temperature

The ambient temperature at which the test is performed is

recorded. Your CLI-1450 contains an internal temperature

sensor for this purpose. If you prefer to use your own ther-

mometer, you can manually enter the temperature here.

Important

For scheduled tests, the manual temperature entry is used for

the first interval only. Subsequent intervals will record the

temperature as measured by the internal sensor. For accurate

measurements, your CLI-1450 reads the internal temperature

sensor immediately upon power-up.

When you are ready to begin the test, press the soft key.

The following screen appears when your CLI-1450 is performing

Auto Test measurements:

The number, type and carrier frequency of the channel currently

being measured is displayed. The bar graph indicates the percentage

of channels measured.
